There are some in Pennsylvania that are abandoned after coal fires under ground. One still has around seven or so people living in it, looks like fun.

centralia yeah i read about that place too. little out of the way for me but i would like to see it.

Those types of dwellings-abandoned cars are always fascinating to me. They lead to more questions than answers.

This is 3.5 hours driving distance. I'm bringing my weapon, a canteen, a Knife and some MREs and I'm gonna check this place out!  During the day of course.

Souvenirs will be collected if truly abandoned. Video and pics to follow if I survive. There are other videos. Still abandoned.

Bring some #2 and see if you can get that duelly cummins to fire up!

For those of you that live in New York City, there is actually a town within the five boroughs that is considered an abandoned ghost town.

The area is called "The Hole" and it's a neighborhood in Brooklyn that is adjacent to the southern border of Queens.

This neighborhood sits about 30 feet below sea level and pretty much used to be a mob dumping ground for bodies.

Today, it probably has about less than 100 inhabitants..

No doubt there is a lot of meth running out of those so called "towns"...Two places you don't really want to go to because you can disappear without a trace...Florida Everglades and any desert...If Craig Titus just dug a hole 6 feet deep 50 feet off the highway in the desert, he'd still be stepping on the Olympia stage today...

Ok so tomorrow I'm going to the Rutherford-Stuyvesant estate. It's an abandoned estate full of old buildings and lots of amusing graffiti. Look it up.

There are probably giant underground worms in that area.

That place is hardly abandoned. Lots of heavy machinery in working order just not many people.

Plus it has a lithium mine that is booming.

Lots of towns in Texas are like this place. The road through town looks like hell but most people live 2/3 streets back from there.

I turned it off when I saw what they were driving. Get an F150, or Silverado.

Old deserted towns are some of the best places to do extended camping.

A real man would have gotten out of his car and looked for someone.

When I was a kid we used to have a cabin on Colorado and we were always finding little ghost towns. It was pretty damn cool.
