what causes this  kind of atrophy though, in your opinion? his arms were pretty good at one time. not just the gut but he looks to have atrophied in places where it counts. im thinking diabetes related/insulin resistance from gh abuse

I would guess all the site injects building scar tissue or something along those lines. guy knew he had shit arms and tried to make em better with too much oil.

the dude is big and bloated, but it's off season, so what? water and fat will blur the shit outta you and while you look like an anatomy chart in a back double bicep at 5%, at 10% + water retention, you look not all that impressive in the same pose. his back was never 'great' to begin with, but put water on top and it looks worse. big deal. lol @ "atrophy"
