he only trained his legs about twice a month or they got too big

if he had, had the right backing he would have made pro

he is in his mid forties now still weighs 18 stone even though he doesnt train much anymore

Spot on. Zack's articles in Flex magazine are the most annoying thing they've ever published. He sounds like an idiot. If he places in any IFBB pro show, I'd be amazed. Bet he gets dropped by Weider Publications by the end of the year.

Zack is a good guy and has the most insane muscle building genetics imaginable. There is a photo of him at 15 when he'd only ever done boxing and he looks better than most intermediate bodybuilders.
