I often wonder what happens to PMMA over time and whether he keeps having to refill his arms. With his arms raised you can see just how much his skin has stretched!

apparently its relatively safe if done in the US using sterile pharm product, but he gets it done in mehico.

it can migrate / block blood vessels so the tissue dies. Some lovely photos if you google image search
