I asking a serious question, you claim 7% at 185lbs at 5'11 and tell me I'm 9% at 215lbs at 5'10.
According to your theory you are still have 13lbs of fat in your Body and I have 20, does that seem right to you.

My point really is these "guestimates" at BF% are fucking stupid.

Its Sev thats claiming 7% and attributing 9% to me, as said it is fucking stupid to make dumbass BF% claims without having it tested accurately.

they are a day apart so basically the same .. I wasn't trying to show off.. I think you are really close. Some fat and water. With proper diet you could be there in 3-4 weeks

I wasn't suggesting you were showing off, I was simply trying to make the point that guessing at BF% levels are stupid.
If I took a diuretic to drop some water and took a photo tomorrow I would look a lot leaner, my BF would be exactly the same though.

You look great, especially in most muscular.  Guessing bodyfat is dumb as hell when you can only see 1/4 of the body.

How many days do you train w weights?  Any "formal" cardio?  Or just walking the dogs?
