I did this split before .. higher fats less protein and green veggies

look at this guy folks .. he obviously knows how to get in shape ..so if I have never looked like this, I would ask for advice. It is quite simple

Because of my posting history of trolling, people seldom ask me anything, never mind diet advice.
Maybe its because I dont have any advice to give people about diet thats not already out there, and TBH neither do you even though you rode on Gals back and sold ten books on it.
