one jar = 3,500 kcals. Poor mans weight-gainer.
2 jars = avg extra 1,000 kcal/day, 4 jars/wk = extra 2,000 kcal/day. add in 2 gal milk/day you've got 4k kcals/day.
not the best way, but if you're on a budget, it doesn't get much cheaper. you'll get fat though, and gotta realize you're gonna need some t3/clen. lol
