You think it is coincidental that he stops losing fat at the point were it start being excruciating ?

getting to the body fat levels he has is hard ya but not a big deal, going to Evans level is what separates the men from the boys, fine Parker use whatever words you want to use, don't use lazy and undisciplined, I don't care. It does not change the fact the he is not tough enough to go further.

If you lack the structure, aesthetics, muscle bellies and what have you you are pretty much fucked. Yet so many continue..

I think you misunderstood him, he said in response to Parker that the attribute for which Parker said he was not lazy, like shape and flow has nothing to do with work ethic. He was not saying that diet didn't have anything to do with work ethic, diet is pure work ethic and discipline, most break within a week, of course bodybuilders go far but very few go all the way, simply because it is just to hard.
