Not really the drugs. Its is called aging. I am not on drugs but since I  have been training for over 33 yrs straight and am lean I have those ugly ass veins running all up and down my legs and arms. Some veins are alright, but having thin skin as you age they are like road maps. All kid of weird shit happens as you age.
