Try pre-exhaust flies before presses Mentzer had the same problem it worked for him.

Try pre-exhaust flies before presses Mentzer had the same problem it worked for him.
if the pecs are exhausted i'd think the tris and delts take even up more of the work

Overall volume has to be more than what you were doing previously. After a couple of weeks of doing this, you'll adapt and gain.

Training to failure is not necessary though, actually, it's counter productive.
