Guys get charged with it for trying to take pressure off being handcuffed too hard., or at a bad angle that is painful. Turn just a little bit and it can happen. Taking swings at cops, pushing and and shit like that are real.

I'm not saying D.Dearth is doing this, but there are some people who fake injury/cancer etc. and then go around and ask for donations. That picture screams "feel sorry for me and open your wallet". And also he probably drives a white windowless van $:-\$
