That's from a movie, that saying isn't it? I think most people these days colour their hair even the men. Never been a fan of overly bleached hair personally. I think it drains the colour of your skin and it looks fake. Only natural blonds can pull that look off. And even then I think they look better with a more natural sun kissed look.
