the biggest (by far) jump in part time unemployment was due to the recession (just like prior recessions) and has started to fall as the economy has improved
We're also talking about small #'s of PT in relation to the workforce
Again, I know you're desperate to make a mountain out of a molehill so that you can blame it on Obama but so far the facts aren't there without a lot of contortions and speculation.
BTW - the article never addressed (from what I saw) that the small increase back up in part time employment could well be caused by the sequester hurting the economy. In other words downturn in the economy due to lack of spending could be pushing us back into a recession (or slowing down growth) which is what caused prior historical spike in PT employment
Again, I understand the desperation to try blame everything bad on Obamacare but you're just going to have to be patient and wait and see if it actually happens rather than trying to cobble together inconsequential and unverified causes now and pretend it's iron clad proof
