lr3? anywhere. I've never seen any benefit in doing site inj's with lr3
DES is a different story. 100-200mcg in each muscle trained. 100 in the brachs, 100 in the biceps, 100 in the long head tri's, 100 in the lateral tri's and 25-50 in the top of the forearm..... 100 in the lat, 100 in the teres, 100 in the traps... 50 each head of the delt... 100 in the pec... 100 in the inner head calve... 100 in the vastus lateralis, 100 in the vmo or the rectus femoris... ect. ect....
