 QB, I have had a decent life. I was in shape. I was in the USMC. I was an MP. I was SWAT. I have Black Belts. I did Sport.  I did a lot. There is also a LOT I have NOT done. Life is a journey.

  Witnesses. So many people see a beating and they call 911. This is the USA. Cell phone age. Smart phone age. I was the actual victim. I got hit first. He screamed at me. He cursed at me. He hit me. I put him out. It looked like murder to the average person. Police swarmed on me. I had to eat shit. Got arrested. Put in Jail. Was looking at going to Prison. I had a high price lawyer. I had the law on my side. I had right on my side. As all of that may be... I still lost bail money, lawyer money, etc.,

 through two cases

 penal

 civil

 NOT worth it.

  I just have no desire to be two percent body fat any more. I am going to turn 44 in Jan. I just want to sit back now and relax. I lost my fire. I lost my anger.

No need to be 2% bodyfat, and 43/44 is not old, u can train with cswol, whatever u do don't let yourself go.
