Maybe off cycle, but I am sure a lot of him just wants to be a healthy weight instead of being 300lbs for no reason anymore. Or he has AIDS.

Why be 300lbs when there's no need? These dudes aren't retired bodybuilders, whose egos won't let them put the needle down and drop some weight. Look at Mark Schlereth.

def off cycle.  i know a pro cfl player who juiced the fuck up all the way to 305 and is now around 215 and looks nothing like he use to.  all steroids and a huge caloric surplus.

ok.......here is a newsflash to some of you guys out there that don't get it......after you have been a bber or professional football player etc......sometimes you just want to relax.....not train so much.....same with eating....these guys have been there.....done that......why is it hard for you guys to realize that?

the guy dropped 40 pounds that he doesn't need anymore......he probably quit eating all the cals he consumed while playing in the nfl.....and now eats half of what he used to.......same with retired bbers......they just want to relax and smell the roses so to speak.

I think with retired bodybuilders, they still want to be huge, but by the time they are forced to retire from various injuries/health reasons, they can't juice anymore. Look at Tom prince.

prince got deathly ill......many other champs don't want to carry the same size now that they are retired.

I remember a flex wheeler interview "When I'm done with bodybuilding, I'm never going to step foot in the gym again" or something like that.

After a while, some BBers might just be so tired of putting in those hours.  We don't HAVE to go.   It would suck to HAVE to go to the gym...

Nate Newton went from 320 lbs all the way down to 170 lbs but he had that lap band procedure done.

Prince didn't "get" deathly ill.....Prince "made" himself deathly ill.

flex meant when he's done with roids

and we all know that to step into the gym off roids is a brutal waste of time
