Highly unlikely this was achieved in 12months.

Took him one year, though looks like he regained after injury

Nope - I see fucking morons like this since I started lifting in the mid 90's.  These lazy fools are like a flash in the pan  -  look good for a a few months then disappear forever.  Its like the idiot who rents a Mercedes for a day and drives around town feeling like a millionaire.  Its all fake and phoney and there is nothing underneath once he goes off.

Seen idiots like this hundreds of times over.  And they are dime a dozen.  Let se this clown 5 - 10 - 15 years from now.   He will be a shrivled twink if he is lucky.

Yes - but I lifted and always retained muscle base underneath.  In my fat pics - I was still lifting heavy - I was pushing 315 x 13 at that weight no spot whatsoever.

A lot of dudes like this don't have any muscle base to begin with and go right to roids and then when they go off look no different than when they started

I've heard this argument many times over by most old timers, i don't agree.

If this person chooses to maintain this look, he can.

Pro's: Fast results, no time wasted "building a base", or "earning his right to hop on gear", lol.

Con's: None.

I have been around this since the mid 90's.  I can't tell you how many dudes come in like a flash in the pan looking crazy big, jacked, and then 6 months later, a year later - if you see them in the gym at all, they look like utter garbage and like they never lifted a day in their lives.

This guy is what 25 yo ?  I promise you - 95% chance that by 35 yo he will be a complete mess and not even exercising altogether

guy looks phenomenal period.

doesn't matter how long it took. just the amount of dedication to look like that is awesome in itself and a achievement.

as to the crying about how this guy will look like shit in x amount of years. fucking bullshit. sounds a lot like jealousy bro. you don't know anything about this dude. how do you know he just doesn't just love to train? you don't get to that level of conditioning without doing it for yourself.

you'd be better off not making blanket statements with no basis or truth to them if you want people to consider what you have to say in the future.

ps the guy would make a good middle weight amateur for sure. just needs some depth to his back.

Bah!  Doom could not agree more.  Soul Crusher sounds like he is carrying some baggage from his fatty days.  ::)

Props to the kid for his transformation.  Doom approves.

Not at all - the guy looks amazing for the time being.  But its not the result of years of hard work or anything.  Guys in their 30's 40's w this look is another story since to stay fit and in shape 30 yo plus takes determination and dedication.

As for being fat - yeah - I let myself go - but I always lifted heavy and retained muscle and strength over the years cause I still lifted heavy religiously.

I been around this scene forever and seen this over and over and over and over and over and over so many times.   Its almost like color by numbers at this point w guys in their early mid 20's resorting to help before getting anywhere on their own.

i don't believe in "building a base" either, but you're crazy if you don't think people who only ever lifted while on gear will maintain it once they're off. guys who hopped on a cycle right off the bat just plain don't know how to train and diet naturally. they don't know how to get through workouts without hormones giving them that beast-mode feeling. i've seen it a billion times.

if you start out the gate on drugs, either you cycle forever or you lose it all. i've never seen an exception to this.

not the result of years of hard work eh

are you fucking retarded? I'm trying to be patient with you but I wear thin on stupidity

how do you know this kid hasn't been a gym rat since 16, as dedicated as any one else, had an injury, operation or some other life affecting happenstance and feel out of shape.

your hating and ignorant on top of it all to boot.

keep on keeping on if it makes you feel better bro but your doing yourself a major disservice with your assumptions.

oh yeah, and anyone who thinks that dude obviously wasn't in great shape before is an idiot. no amount of drugs/training/diet is gonna take someone from their first day in the gym to picture 2 in 12 months. dude has obviously put the work in for many years.

he grew into shape bc he was there before, simple as.

what cycle ::)

as if that mattered, as if our resident paki twink could reproduce those results if he ran the same stuff as the guy in the ics ::)

the delusions run deeply here ::)

the guy dieted hard, this is what happens when you diet hard on steroids, any steroids, this is the result.

what cycle ::)

I sense lots of anger in you, is the hair thinning further?

LOL - I know so many dudes like this guy - were bad asses in their early mid 20's doing everything and now don't even look like they lifted a day in their lives.  Some were NPC competitors, others just lazy gym rats who came in for a few sets and left.  Most fell off since they were lazy and didn't like to train while off whatever they were taking and just gave it up altogether when they realized how fake they were.  I respect guys who put in a few years legit and reached their absolute max and then did it.  But young dudes in their early 20's?  Not really.

One guy I know is a WP cop and he became a shell of his former self once he got on the PD and they started testing and he was being watched a little more carefully.  Dude was a monster - and now looks like any other guy in the gym and not even close to the strength levels he used to have.

Another guy I was sort of friendly with competed in the Bev, Atlantic States, used to go out to Bev's place to train in Syosset all the time, was a monster and thought he was going pro - just gave it up altogether and today you would never know guy lifted a day in his life.

To each his own - but seeing pics like this and anyone thinking they can do this in a year wo a lot of shit is kidding themselves.
