1) Kidneys
2) Heart/circulatory
3) Brain
From the use of oil and/or test?

And, which (if any) is Derek using?  OR, is he just holding all that lumpy mass from kidneys not working?

This was right before he began the crazy filling process again and still had a small amount in his arms.  He just couldn't let it go and look normal.

And he fills the calves too and lies about it all..delusional moron egregiously accepting a healthy mans kidney!



His face is a bloated mess but he continues to brag about his fitness level, 20 inch arms etc.

I am amazed the Dr's can't see what he is doing and stop this process. He has multiple stents in heart vessels and has had at least two heart attacks. Each time he got out of the hospital he went right back to his vexing and nonsensical use of fillers and drugs. He may not be taking drugs now but looks deformed from all the filler use.

What causes that kind of kidney failure? HIV and seo? Even wildly out of control blood pressure would take years to cause that much damage

Blood pressure along with the massive use of other compounds/drugs including GHB. He's 32/33 so he must have been on a tear of drug use.  He has not looked healthy for years and many are unaware of his concomitant heart problems.

obviously she didnt know what he was doing in the gym , like sucking old men cocks and juicing. Looks like he lost all his steroid induced muscle mass and decided to pump more oil instead, to still look "big". Mental illness. Basically anybody who doesn't understand what drugs are involved to compete at a high level in the sport, thinks that its a healthy sport/activity.  Sadly its only healthy at the beginners or intermediate stage or if you stay drug free.  Even the obsession that you can develope with sculpting your body can be unhealthy.
