Holy shit....

I always felt like Derek received some harsh/out of line criticisms here before. But this....this is too much...he can expect zero sympathy for continuing with this bullshit and poisoning his body further. Very sad.

hes a drug addict, there is no difference between him and a crack head, the substance he abuses is different but he's still majorly addicted.

Just loosing a work colleague due to cancer a few days ago and seeing how unbelievable bravely he fought and how desperatly he clung to life this as in Anthonys behavior makes me puke fucking blood, guys an idiot, always was always will be.

A pathetic waste of sympathy, finance and anything else people thrust towards him. He has massive psychological problems, a physical state that will see him dead sooner before later and will be missed by probably a hand full of people. Euthanasia would be a much better solution than giving him a transplant.

maybe him or his family just have enough money to buy a kidney directly from someone willing to selling theirs. You cant blame him for wanting to survive.
