I heard that Glen Jacobs (Kane) was one of the strongest guys ever in the gym... Apparently he was doing ridiculous reps on the bench... Well over 400+ when people were just randomly goofing around.

This is all rumor of course... Just something I heard in passing.

Many years ago, my buddy saw the Warlord train. This was in a hardcore (steroid-dealing) powerlifting gym in which 500+ lb. bench presses were seen with some regularity, and it was not easy to do something "special" by the standards. But, everybody stopped and watched in amazement while "Big Terry" trained.


I wish I could remember some of the numbers my buddy told me. I'll have to ask him sometime.

Read somewhere that he won some big arm wrestling competition back stage with most of the guys.

After setting up many a rings, I'm calling bullshit. Gotta be a work - even if it was some kind of half-assed home made ring.

Im with ya man....Those ring frames even without the beams,padding etc. are no joke they're heavy as hell
