With a keen eye for details, one truth prevails.

I heard that Glen Jacobs (Kane) was one of the strongest guys ever in the gym... Apparently he was doing ridiculous reps on the bench... Well over 400+ when people were just randomly goofing around.

This is all rumor of course... Just something I heard in passing.

Many years ago, my buddy saw the Warlord train. This was in a hardcore (steroid-dealing) powerlifting gym in which 500+ lb. bench presses were seen with some regularity, and it was not easy to do something "special" by the standards. But, everybody stopped and watched in amazement while "Big Terry" trained.

I wish I could remember some of the numbers my buddy told me. I'll have to ask him sometime.

After setting up many a rings, I'm calling bullshit. Gotta be a work - even if it was some kind of half-assed home made ring.

Im with ya man....Those ring frames even without the beams, padding etc. are no joke they're heavy as hell
