The new facility opened today. The grand opening was great. Gaspari , Branch, Johnnie O, Flex Lewis, Guy Cesternino, Haditada (or how ever you spell it). They were all there. The new place looks great. I'm really gonna miss the old place, I pretended to lift a lot of heavy weights there.

Nope.

I went to an LA fitness where everything was thrown around. It was impossible to find dumbbells, as they were all mixed up. Sometimes you spent 5 minutes just looking for a matching pair to do a set.

I am not saying it has to be squeaky clean, but clean enough to where I am not tripping over anything, spending countless minutes trying to find something.

In that sense, I agree with you. A responsible gym owner should demand gym rats to re-rack their weights. I can't stand those douches $:-\$

AC is not necessary in a gym. Fans yes, ac never.

Bullshit, maybe west coast you don't need it low humidity, here east coast on a 95 degree day with 80% humidity you will burn up without ac.

That is in Arlington. Metroflex Plano us owned by Greg McCoy and opened in 2006 or 2007. They moved to a new facility yesterday.
