There was never an argument about his build.. he does look excellent as a bodybuilder. He just wasn't able to fit in and take the jabs while being quite obnoxious.

Well, i never really followed the UkJeffley-tirade (i saw mostly Ukjeff, BigMc and Donny arguing back and forth) but apparently he volunteered to Time-Out now so..

I remember reading yesterday that someone said his pics were bogus / stolen from someone else, , but it appears that was just an attempt to besmirch him :D

Good physique either way!

Good build. I enjoyed the drama he brought to be honest. Not that I always sided with him.  At least he got people posting. Would have been interested to hear from him about training etc...

I heard Joe Rogan commenting on this one time...saying how the Brits still have that "Braveheart" (Mel Gibson movie) warrior mentality in their genes. Hence the football hooligans and "travelers/fighters" groups. It's like that mentality never evolved. Brits are ready to throw fists at a moments notice. Pretty funny because I see it all the time, even my buds here in the states who are from England. I can't hardly go get a beer with them anymore because there's always a scuffle by the end of the night  :D
