Not so sure about that. Far too many women undergo an undesirable personality change once they get a boob job. I've witnessed it with female friends of mine, who were well mannered women, who almost immediately transformer into self-absorbed bitches with attitude once they got their titties. With women, something as simple as a change in hairstyle can bring out the bitch in a woman. A new pair of boobs on what was previously a flat chested women? Look out, more often than not it's trouble.
i knew an italian-american female who got them some years ago and she did become more narcissistic and self-absorbed afterwards so what you say certainly applies to her situation
and on a side note, the fella who paid for them was a filipino fella who was trying to get in with her, but after she got them she blew him off and he ended up killing himself
