How many of you actually feel this way?  I know of a few people this weekend that cited this video as how they feel sometimes...

that clip is not a real picture about motivation. That is the world most of us don't live in and cannot relate to (the part related to professional sportsmen).
But people like this guy, everyday people who we can relate to, that is a different story and gives a real meaning to word motivation.

This is the most requested video in my gym. It resonates with all of my athlete's not just football. We play it everyday (on request) before every session..

This video would have been perfect if they used 5min 14s mark as the grand finale at the end but nooooooooo  :P
