He had shoulder surgery last year and has fluid retention. After my knee surgery a few years back my vessels became permanently stretched out due to blood cotting and now my legs constantly swell if I'm on them too long. Can't say Cena has the same issue, but my calves will blow up on occassion (and not in a good way). Ironically by moving and using the treadmill it helps keep the fluid to move so it doesn't accumulate and cause swelling, but I don't know if something similar can happen in the elbow? Doctor said it's a common condition that has not current cure....told me a science-cy name for it...can't remember.
