If one is deemed innocent until proven guilty

Why is Aaron Hernandez locked up without bail, many of you need to wake up if you've never been through a criminal case you have no idea, that innocent until proven guilty is bullshit come to California and you find out the truth guilty until proven innocent, American justice system built on bribes, money, and back door dirt politics, pay offs and other bullshit!

He's presumed dangerous and a flight risk. Evidence holds him, you don't need a trial for this. You really don't get it?

The judge and prosecution just served Hernandez attorneys an owning basically saying were going along with matters on our terms

Bail is dependent upon many things. There is sufficient evidence against Hernandez. Add in the possibility now of additional homicides, he should be locked up. Also, he has the funds to be a flight risk.

Where would we be if we allowed every "presumed innocent" murderer to simply walk the streets while awaiting trial?

The criminal justice system is absolutely terrible in the US. A jury of your peers could consist of a bunch of idiots who are not your peers. I will say one thing for the US criminal justice system. It's horrible but it's the best in the world. Do you think you would get a fair trail in Mexico, China or Russia?
