ive trained for 13 years, and just lost the passion for training, used to train hard, and noticed i dont enjoy it anymore like i used to, and if im not doing it 100% i wont do it, plus i wasnt really impressed with my gains as a nattie.  Ill lose some more fat and maybe, just maybe ill start training in the future.
