I'm a very level headed guy, but when i came off from a 3 year blast/cruise i felt like shit and was slightly depressed for a few months. I also was worrying about things that i never worried about. Our HPTA controls so many things that we take for granted and when your Test is zero and your estrogen is high you will be very emotional.
For 2-3 months after i came off i just didn't feel like doing anything. I barely went to the gym and struggled to even go to work. This is one reason why i think people who decide to alter their body's hormone profile better research and understand what they are doing.
This game isn't as easy as so many people think, i know a lot of guys who sunk into depression after coming off long cycles, but everyone is different and has a different way of coping with these issues.
PCT helps, but understanding that it's coming and preparing your mind for the upcoming event is a very good idea as well. I also know guys who came off long cycles with no problems whatsoever, so it's very different depending on your mentality IMO.
