Serious question not just for you but everyone else to. If you were to make 3 categories,1-diet,2-training, and 3-PEDs/supplements, what would you say the breakdown would be? Me personally I'd go diet40%, training35%,supps 25%. Or maybe 35% each diet/training,30%supps
This is what people want to believe, that they can "work off" anything.
Exercise is for health and fitness.
Diet controls bodyfat.
Note that the exercise for weight loss proponents on this thread are all trainers.
It's understandable why a reality weight loss show would focus more on exercise, as it's not very entertaining to watch people NOT eat.
