There's only 12 states where a felon can lose their right to vote permanently and even that depends on the offense that they committed.  But once a felon's incarceration is up, their voting rights are restored or are suppose to be

Some states have illegally tried to utilize felony disenfranchisment to manipulate votes to their advantage.  Surprisingly enough, Rick Santorum fought against this type of activity.

I am merely pointing out how this "reverend" is aiding in the disenfranchisement of your people by forcing them to show photo identification before voting.
