Back in the 80s when i started competing the judges would tell you to relax and stop holding arms out,now its anything goes.

Keeping your rib cage up, spine straight, lats flexed, stomach sucked in AND keeping your hands relatively low is not easy.

And this is how a bodybuilder should look when walking or not hitting the mandatory poses, not the ridiculous "try to walk while flexing hard" that moves like a Borg with incontinence.
