I'm not informed enough about this situation but serious question, how does US benefit so much by going to war with Syria?

Russia moves war ships into the area under the guise of removing Russian citizens from Syria. It doesn't look like Obama will get the Congressional approval. Russia says why don't we ask them to voluntarily give up there chemical weapons of mass destruction? Syria says that's a great idea and Obama's administration agrees to save face.

US?  nothing, but the billions to trillions the defense contractors get for creating more drones, missles, guns, bullets etc... is a lot.

I was just reading how there is $300 million missing in funds for Afganistan for services from contractors not rendered.

In Iraq , pallets with $8 billions in money, real cash went missing and is unaccounted for.  You know a bunch of military guys split that shit up.  I know of one who came back from deployment and all of a sudden was rolling in a new Range Rover and his wife got an escalade.  Another guy was flaunting jewels from saddams castle.

So the USA goes into more debt but the companies that put these assholes into congress get a huge kickback.

Obama mentioned a few times in past if Assad use chemical weapons that is it, the red line is crossed. Why would Assad risk that?
