The noses are completely different, there is a bigger gap between the base of the nose and the upper lip in the mugshot pic. Bone structure is completely different, jawline looks nothing like.

If you look up the info, the Denise Lynn Ritkoswki that lives in the area of arrest also lived in Venice CA at exactly the same time the rutkowski we know did.  There is another mugshot of the same " woman" in a white shirt.

In the recent pic, her head is tilted down slightly.  20 years of age can fool almost anyone.  The make-up also makes you think you're seeing something you're not... it's like camouflage.

I'm convinced it isn't her - the mugshot.com pic shows the name and DOB - but do we know the DOB of Denise Rutkowski the bodybuilder? Wikipedia says nothing and I can't find it anywhere.

That's what I was thinking - she competed at the 93 Ms Olympia before she threw the towel in - being born in '62 would have made her 31, same age as Dorian at the time - there's no way she was 31 at that contest - late 20's tops.
