the real point of concern for those closest to her was when she started lavishing the children she was looking after with gifts like bedroom sets, trips to Hawaii and parks in California. This further reinforces the notion that she not only helped these kids but, unnecessarily one might say, entertained them. Unfortunately a few, if any, even contemplated reciprocating back then let alone today where she remains in greater need of financial assistance.
Very typical. It's really a waste of time trying to help (i.e. give money to) ghetto trash... kids or not. This only enables them and they develop a sense of entitlement... they keep asking/expecting more, more and more.
