The problem with a lot of these plastic surgeons is that they perverse version of a combo of snake oil salesman and car salesman. Many of these men and women who get these procedures have self esteem and other issues. Genetics is genetics, and you can't change that. Just like there are people who look better than he does without spending a lot of money. And just like there are women who look a lot better than she does, without resorting to going underneath the knife. They had more attractive parents/ancestors. Life aint fair. Deal with it. And be happy in your own skin and make that the best possible physique.
