seriously folks this is where its at no more buying into the next supplement bullshit

here are the raw materials

people like palumbo (i think) are studying up on this shit

us getbiggers need an aresenal of knowledge on this stuff

i bet ron has a big black book of all these herbs and there effects on the body but hes not saying much about it because hes the type of guy that masterbates too much to get anything done

Most herbs are actually very concentrated sources of biologically active organic compounds. You have to exercise caution because they can have deleterious effects in high doses. Cinnamon, for example, contains cinnamaldehyde  as well as coumarin, a blood thinner, in some versions. You can get liver disease from
high doses of cinnamon if you are genetically predisposed- so don’t overdo any herb.

The only thing I consider an herb is grass clippings with olive oil, cooked at 375 degrees.
