2013 Olympia - Big Ramy update 4 weeks out

Dennis James:

Team Menace athlete big Ramy 4 weeks out at 307lbs 139.5kg. Our training is going great and we just started to pick up the pace to dial it in for Ramy's first Mr.Olympia. Flex magazine is sending a photographer/ videographer here tomorrow to shoot Ramy for a few days for all the footage the fans can ask for. Don't forget to check www.flexonline.com for all the big Ramy's updates leading up to the most talked about Mr. Olympia ever.

To be honest, his quads look a little too big for the rest of his body and his flow is not that good. He will prob. be in the top 10.

how you place in top five depends on how you look from the back,havent seen recent pics of ramy from the back,that swaid with ramy in the show and jay coming back strong top 5 will be real interesting!

I am not sure he is smaller than Ronnie... conditioning aside. He has a better midsection than Ronnie when he was at his biggest and he is about the same height I think.

My sources tell me he is 182 cm. And my online converter tells me that is 5 feet and 11.6535 inches. So... I don't know what's what.

Looking at the poster...just don't understand,something looks different about these new guys. Look big but there missing that etched out look guys from the past had.
