Mike was probably the most realistic character in the show. I was disappointed when they killed him off.

definitely.

a pretty scary individual and I was disappointed when walt off'd him.

Hopefully we will see Heisenberg go

he had a huge machine gun in the trunk of his car in the earlier flash forward to the future of Walt / Mr. Lambert. And I agree.. let's hope he kills a lot of motherfuckers in the finale.

Maybe the gun is not for him?  Walt can barely handle a pistol.  he holds it like it is 1000 degrees hot.  I doubt he can handle that automatic rifle.  Maybe get got it for someone else to use?

he's a scientist.  my bet is that he'd mount it, call todd up, and tell him something to get them all to climb in the trucks.  then walt could light up the vehicles from the prone position as they came out.  of course, todd and his uncle would be the only wounded ones... walt could then shoot them up close after saying "this is for asac schrader..."

Lydia is ruthless. She has the great information that 92% pure meth is obtainable through the only one besides Heisenberg: Pinkman..
Pinkman is an asset for Lydia.. Pinkman must be hers and so the pure meth, the ticket to millions..
Lydia will be the one who erases Jack, Todd and the rest of the gang..
Walt was at the his finale at this very moment at the bar drinking his scotch..
Everything that ever mattered was blown away..
Everything was a thin smoke..
His love and devotion to his family never had a responce..
Wife and kid turned him down at the critical point..
All the efforts he ever done were pointless and useless..
Hank could do the blind eye and no.. he didnt..
Jesse was a traitor to their partnership too..
Others make million at his expertise (Lydia, Jack, and co)..
and then the final nail to the coffin comes at this Charlie Rose interview..
Heisenberg is famous and yet his former partner at grey matter and his ex-love dumb him down and bury him as useless, bury him..
He dies but before that he will settle things down..
The importand is for all the world to know the truth..
about Grey Matter, about Hank (who did illegal investigation so he was killed not in service duty), about Lydia and Jack (who are flooding the world with Heisenenberg's meth with Pinkman as a cook)..
and Skyler must get her lesson for not supporting and trusting her husband..
Possibly with a surpicing exclusive Heisenberg interview to Charlie Rose?
This way Lydia will be arrested (after she has terminated Jack and co) and Pinkman will be rescued..
Pinkman will testify what really happenned at the desert..
The mystery is where the ricin is going to be used and to whom..

Maybe he'll ricin his own coffee and quietly drink it during the televised interview.  That'd be badass!

That'd be a CRAZY cool ending to the show, a national audience, instead of just bleeding out in the desert someplace.

Yes, he will ricin his own coffee and die in the first 5 minutes of the episode, then we will have 8
70 minutes of Walt JR saying he wants to "go home and maybe chill"!

I'm glad they never did the PSA episode of Flynn buying blue off the streets and getting sick and going to the hospital and Walt realizing that his meth almost killed his own son.  Hopefully they don't try this shit in the last hour

Watching the marathon... you really see what a monster Heisenberg has become.

when you see him kill 1 or 2 (or 10) people each week, it's out of necessity.

When you see it hour by hour, you realize he's a murderous SOB lol.  Not all that different from Lydia.

with all the symbolism... i bet something is wrecked on 1 side of walt's face when all is said and done.  the bear, gus, jesse beaten... they keep going back to that.

It's weird... we have ZERO clue how tonight plays out. most shows are fairly predictable after 5 long seasons.

For UK viewers it sucks because It doesn't appear on UK Netflix until 9am Monday morning. So If you are working tommorow, good luck avoiding spoilers online.

The other option is to get up at about 5am to scan for a torrent. But I doubt you'll be able to download and watch it before your work day starts. I won't be seeing it until Monday night  :'(

In the way that series 4 ended with the shot of the lily of the valley plant and the realisation that Walt poisoned the kid,i think this will end with somehow Walt poisoning the drinks of Elliot and his wife (like Gus did to Don Eladio) and you will see them drink it as the credits come up,with the knowledge that they are up shit creek without a paddle.
I think Todd kills Skyler on the orders of Lydia

Jesse kills Todd for killing andrea
Walt kills the gang and Lydia
Jesse kills Walt for letting Jane die
Walt leaves his money with Saul to be shared with his daughter Holly and Andreas kid Brock.

skyler dying would be the most monumental thing ever.

i love the idea of walt poisoning eliot & wife as they eat.  It makes sense - who can't he kill with that big ass machine gun?

Not much tension, but wrapped up nicely.  Great series.

lots of tension when todd says to walt, 'you shouldn't have come out here mr. white' and they put the gun to his head.

I think it was SO smart (particularly the use of the Schwarz to make sure the family is set for life, the most important part)...

That people are willing to forgive the predictability and lack of tension.

It was almost TOO clean... no moments of "Will Walt finish this...?"  We knew from the moment he dealt with the $ issue that everything else would be easy.

Skyler is MUCH hotter in real life than on the show... wow...

The ending was meh but the series was good, got pulled into some of the old episodes during the marathon. Characters like Tuco, Mike and Gus were a big part of keeping it entertaining. Glad to see Lydia come down with the flu,  ;D

What a great ending!

Pity he killed Flynn, Skylar and Marie but let Todds crew go though...
