None, but apparently when he trained Flex for the 97 Arnold, his training helped Flex get into one of best showings of his career. I was merely stating what was a positive observation and what other bbers of Shawn's era have complimented him on.

Here is the better question. If Shawn had won an O, whether it be during the Dorian era or the tail end of the Ronnie era, would he have been a better or more qualified Mr. O than Jay, who won during a malaise era?

I don't see anything to be considered fast, let alone legendary.  Seems like normal rep speed to me.

That said, the man did have a remarkable body.  I would prefer his over anyone competing today.
