I go to Vegas on business every once in awhile.  I will be certain to alert you the next time I am headed there.  Buffet is on me, but I suggest you behave.

I knew John a very long time and I can assure you that he was as Atheist as they come but would have been disappointed at your claims regarding this Kai fellow.  And until you prove otherwise, he was wrong about  you.

Both Joe and Ben were dedicated pioneers, which is admirable since bodybuilding wasn't always that popular, but they never gave up and builded two influential empires: the Weider company and the IFBB.
I remember Joe's mission statements in M&F very well, and I share those values.

kAI IS the 2012 rightful mr O winner and looks on track to rpt his win this year

should shave his beard though, it'd make his shoulder, traps, look even bigger

great improvments in delts, traps- which is not easy to improve @ someone @ Kai's level

will be interesting to see how Ramy looks standing next to Kai- hopefully the ifbb judges will give the fans the comparisons they want to see

Understood. You think it's that serious? I guess he should at least say he did somethings to pay the rent and follow his dream that he's not proud of. It's as simple as that. Look in the beyond fucked up world we live in today. I think Kai will be fine.

sad to say he will probably be the best on-stage and still get robbed again.He really has to blow these other motherfuckers away. Just a slim better look will not do it. he won last year but it was by such a slim margin they didn;t think it was enough to dethrown Phil. But Kai was def #1
