this thread is dedicated to the men with the greatest abs in the history of bodybuilding. back when arnold was just starting to enter the nabba mr universe contest a janitor who was working the show was asked what he thought of the proceedings. he was amazed by all the muscle walking around but was most impressed by one man , roy perrott. ab man 1.

ab man number 2 probably is the greatest ab man of all time , he never lost an ab contest[back when bodypart awards were given] till he got old. he reportedly started ab training due to a hernia. he was known for doing roman chair sit-ups by the thousands. the famous zabo. irwin kowsewski
