Yeah, much of the Khazar nobility was made of a European tribe, the Scythians, who mixed with the Asian Khazars, hence why Ashkenazi Jews do not make up a pure race and are instead a group of mongrels.
Yes, throughout time there has been a great deal of European admixture in the Jewish tribe but most are not fully white. Physically and mentally and emotionally, Jews have different traits than whites.
