Ironrating, that was very well produced. You made bodybuilding the bodybuilding lifestyle interesting to watch on video which seems to be a problem for many of your American counterparts. Mother Russia for the win.

It sucked to see Aleksey's conditioning fall apart like that but I'm sure it was nothing more than a huge amateur mistake. When is he competing next?

Needs better conditioning and to keep gut in check.
Has a lot of potential and good genetics. Crazy to hear people say he's finished, far from it, he's just starting as a pro and can place high.
He should have gotten his pro card way sooner.

needs to diet harder and drop water last minute

doesnt have to go the harsh diuretic route some natural would work fine or even sauna

I've seen this video before and would like to see more like this. It was nice getting to know him through some of the more personal videos with a Pumping Iron vibe to them. Look forward to seeing him on stage again shredded which is a Russian tradition.

He is not close to being done he just needs to find the right formula that works best for him.

Guys.. Alexsey holds more mass per square inch than 90 percent of current pros.. He needs someone to help him on his diet / conditioning.. But if you can imagine a 220 pound lesukov with graininess that will be tough to beat..
