in a bag they are chewy but in the can they are crunchy

for a while just eating peanutbutter was fine

but then every brand of peanut was chewy or stale tasting

planters mixed nuts in a can are superior

DO NOT buy the planters mixed nuts with pistachio's in a bag they are a huge waste of money

fuck i was so powerful today having tons of nuts and peanutbutter with TONS OF fucking water. mowing and painting now doing some lifting

nothings really more anti-inflamatory than eating nuts

kale is the only thing that really rivals it but its hard to eat a ton of kale

shitloaods of peanuts is the key all day, you can still eat some of your main meals but follow it up with a tons of peanuts then tons of water youll have crazy energy

try it out, this is the first time in some years ive had unlimited energy while feeling in totall control

i had unlimited energy last week from too much kelp and selenium but it started wiggin me out


peanuts are natural form of selenium (with all its natural buffering agents that comprise a peanut)

my theory is most of the type its safer to consume the whole product if you want that specific vitamin

just like sugar cane, i think it would be alot more beneficial if they just sold the got damn sugar can plant instead of refined sugar, atleast that way we could get all the anti-inflamatorry benefits of the leaves of the plant

I tried them before but they were way to salty.

Best nuts I've tried are walnuts and cashews. Pecan nuts are really good too and the only American native nuts but virtually all fat though.   If you eat a lot of nuts and greens it reverses Grey hair, pretty weird effect but actual. Got to stick with it for a months though which is not as easy.

Good shit! Planters dry roasted peanuts are also great in the bottle, and cocKtail peanuts in the can!
