Not shedding any tears for Eli.  Luckiest QB in the NFL.
Amen. I had to sit through those two miracles.   :-X

Part of the greatest play in Super Bowl history, and probably 2 of the top 5 SB passes.

Which one?  The ball he threw off his back foot with his eyes closed that his TE caught on his helmet?  I've seen many better Super Bowl plays than that.

The one where he escaped multiple rushers and Tyree made an unheard of catch, under the context of the Giants having to score a TD to prevent the greatest offense in NFL history from going 19-0.

It's the greatest play in history, given the context, and the fact that it was unbelievable on two fronts, the escape and the catch.

The pass to Manningham in the next SB was perfection, with a pretty strong context of its own.   I remember Steve Young throwing a ball before half time against SD that I thought was the greatest throw of all time when I saw it.

Greatest play in history?  I guess that's a matter of opinion.  I think Montana to Taylor to win a Super Bowl was better.  Marcus Allen's long TD run.  The Roethlisberger pass and Manningham catch were better.  I remember Riggins making a great play in the SB.

BTW, I think Riggins is the best player I never talk about.  One of my all-time favorites.

All great plays, yes, but none at the craziness on multiple fronts, and none had the context of at 19-0 season on the line.  But, it's all subjective.  Hard to pick a greatest anything in any genre.

Yeah.  How the heck does he have more SBs than Peyton??  (Maybe because Peyton is the greatest regular season QB in the NFL.)

And just like that my Niners are right back in it.  Playing the worst team in the NFL this weekend.  Manningham is coming back.  Crabtree is going through drills.

If only Aldon Smith wasn't an idiot.   >:(

They have several ugly wins this year, but good teams win, sometimes pretty, sometimes not.

I really think the Seahawks offense has a long way to go.  Defense is SN ready but in todays NFL you are going to have to score some points to get there.  Nit sure if they gave the firepower.

I think its the schemes they use.  Rice is a solid WR and Tate is a good #2.  Lynch is a top 10 RB and I have like Wilson since his days here at NC State.  I think the play calling is off a bit at times and the o line isnt very good.
