IDK ... Jimmy Carter was probably worse.

Carter was an incredibly weak president, but basically allowed himself to look weak.

Carter tended not to lie.  He simply let you know how bad things were.

Carter let an expert handle the Federal Reserve (Paul Volcker).  He did not suck off Wall Street.

So, yes, Carter was a horrible president, and I hated him with a passion.  But I can at least state a few positive points.  Can't do that for Obama.
