harmonizing on the wrong "level' is just as bad as disharmony. meaning it will take much longer to reach the ideal goal
what i mean is
Talking about wich style of bicep curl is better, what amount of reps is superior, how many days of week to take off, how long should a set last the list goes on and on and on and on , should levrone compete again, should such and such work on there hams more, then you have plenty of "bro's" chiming in with there critques as if it were there full time jobs to do so day after day after day after day. None of these "bro's" in there right mind want to talk about this for the rest of there lives, yet they are harmonizing on the wrong level, and are stuck on this subject, and are actually either miserable or living what you call "ignorance is bliss" scenario
think of what your posting about folks and think of how long youve been doing it for, there are more challenging subjects out there lets not get dumb
