I'm not a fan of either but Kai can't beat this dude.  I mean he has to drop weight just to get as tight as Phil.  Kai should go back and grab a couple of Arnolds.

Is it just me or is everyone this year looking kinda small? Yes Phil still has his freaky arms, but his back and legs just don't look all that impressive.

kai's situation with phil is similar to jay with ronnie.  kai can compete with the bber, but he can't compete with the athlete.  ronnie brought that LBer mentality to the stage, and Phil brings the D1 basketball player attitude.  With Jay and Kai you have the farmer boy and the stripper.  I'd put my money on the athletes any day.
