Sev, I know you've achieved a good physique many times. I give you full credit for that.

But physical achievements is only one thing you can do in life. I would suggest trying to solve your anger problem next. At times, your attitude just stinks, sorry to say it. You have to be able to accept criticism, recognize facts, control anger and act more classy. You're doing a disservice to your country by behaving the way you do.

Again... wishing you a quick recovery and hopefully you can get back to training and have an awesome physique like you've had many times.
